The Member hereby agrees to participate in the Hotel room exchange program, as set out below :
Each Member agrees to deposit a minimum of 20 room nights at a time, accompanied by an administrative fee equal to R 125.00 per room night deposited. Upon receipt of payment the member will receive a confidential user name and password as well as an exchange key code with which to redeem room nights on the Hotelroomswops.com inventory.
Each member will be responsible for the safeguarding of the confidential user name and password, as Navigäst Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for unauthorized reservations where the correct user name and password was used.
Unless otherwise indicated (flagged) all banked room-nights will include bed and breakfast for a maximum of two persons per room.
Reservations will be subject to availability as well as the relevant terms and conditions of the specific hotel requested.
Members will be restricted to a maximum of three room-nights (consecutive or otherwise) at any one property per month.
Confirmation of all room-requests and reservations less than 30 days prior to arrival, will be received by the member, in writing, from Navigäst central reservations within a 24-hour period, barring extraordinary circumstances. All reservations received more than 30 days prior to arrival will be treated as standby reservations and only be confirmed inside of 30 days prior to arrival.
Members may only request room nights in their own category, or a lower category than their own. Navigäst Pty Ltd reserves the right to classify member hotels into either Silver or Platinum categories, at its own discretion, according to Industry criteria.
A 30 (thirty) day notice period shall apply to both parties as regards termination of membership.
