Ideally situated on the lower slopes of Table Mountain, Esperanza boasts magnificent views of the city and surrounding mountains and is close to numerous fine restaurants, the central business district and the lively Waterfront Entertainment Complex.

Built at the turn of the century, this grand old house reflects the architecture, fittings and spaciousness of that era. The wooden floors, sash windows, brass taps and freestanding ‘ball and claw’ baths all add to the ambience.

There are six large, elegantly decorated, en-suite rooms each furnished with a television, direct-dial telephone and tea and coffee making facilities. ‘Same day’ laundry facilities are offered and the ’honesty’ bar is open at all times. The heated splash pool / jacuzzi offers an alternative outdoor option. For your convenience, fax and e-mail facilities are also available, as well as secure off-street parking.

There are six standard rooms.

All are double rooms.

Three have double beds and three have twin beds, placed together or separated.

We can accommodate two extra children per room sharing with the adults.

Children under twelve years old, sharing with an adult, accommodated free and over twelve years old at the adult third person rate, per child.

We do not offer lunches or dinners.
