Francois & Francis le Roux, the hospitable owners of De Ark Guest House, invite you to stay at their elegant home reminiscent of times long passed. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted at the main bulding, which houses the reception area, lounge and dining room. An extended stay at De Ark will provide you access to some of the most spectacular attractions the Mpumalanga province has to offer - including the Panorama Route, the Sabie Forestry Areas and the Kruger National Park.

De Ark offers a combination of self-catering and Bed & Breakfast services. We can currently accommodate up to 18 persons sharing.

Our range of apartments include twin three-quarter, double and queen bedded options. Each room is furnished to represent a different period style with an eclectic mix of period furniture and exquisite fabrics - capturing the spirit of a bygone era.

Additional Features
Each apartment is fully equipped with a complete kitchenette, which includes a stove, microwave oven and refrigerator. Also included is Satellite television, electric blankets and heaters for winter - and fans for those hot summer days. Our intimate Honeymoon Suite also houses a luxurious spa bath.

Our Garden
The beautifully lanscaped garden offers a tranquil getaway from everyday life and features a magnificent swimming pool; a gazebo and terrace - which is suitable for private functions; barbeque facilities and safe off-street parking.

 
Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the dining room, with its beamed ceilings and open fireplace, offering wholesome country faire. In summer time breakfast is served on the pation or in the lovely gazebo.
