Amakoekoe Guest House is located in Honeydew, where owners André and Sanet Koekemoer officially opened the guest house in August 2002, naming it "Amakoekoe" as an amusing play on their surname “Koekemoer" interpreted as "the" and "koekoe" as an abbreviation of "Koekemoer".

Positioned on 2.25 hectares of open land, the four-star graded guest house is surrounded by carefully maintained, vibrant gardens. In this tranquil paradise, indigenous birdlife is abundant, and the unrivalled hospitality makes every stay an unforgettable experience.
