Thylitshia Villa Country Guesthouse is a tastefully decorated Cape Dutch Country House and combines an ambience of classic style with modern touches in four double rooms and four twin bedded rooms. Stylish en-suite bedrooms are crisp and clean with mohair blankets, TV, Air Conditioning, 24/7 Room Service and ample luggage space. Enjoy a leisurely home-cook farm breakfast or a health breakfast either on the patio (weather permitting) or in the colonial style dining room with a display of local art and original Dover Coal Stove dating back to the early 1900’s, still in working order during winter.

As a working ostrich, vine and alfalfa farm, you will be treated to a private tour of the farm activities including a visit to ostrich incubations, chicks on the farm and taste some wine from the area. Farm tours take place daily (between August and April) at 16h30 – please advise your host if you intent a late arrival.

Local ostrich cuisine is served by romantic candlelight at R145,00pp every night with sherry served before dinner. A taste of our home made “Witblitz” (snapps) rounds off the meal. A dinner reservation for you will be automatically made at the time of booking, for the night of arrival; please advise us should you have special dietary requirements.
