Sundown Manor is located in upmarket Fresnaye close to the famous Clifton & Camps Bay beaches, as well as the V&A Waterfront. Lion's Head Mountain towers in the background, and - for the energetic - is a wonderful climb with stunning views of the Atlantic seaboard. The vast array of restaurants situated in and around the Sea Point area are nearby and easily accessible. The nearby Sea Point Promenade makes for an enjoyable stroll in the long Cape Town evenings.

Accommodation:
We have 8 stunning rooms that are large and spacious, all en-suite with newly renovated bathrooms and upmarket finishes. The lounge and dining room areas are also large and spacious with high ceilings. We have a lovely open patio area that is well protected, and is an ideal spot for breakfast, sunbathing and evening sundowners. The patio overlooks a large and inviting swimming pool located in a protected and private setting, ideal for relaxing days! Two of the lower rooms open out onto the pool area and have their own private access.

Sundown Manor has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The guesthouse is owner run, and Gary - your host - is on hand to advise and assist in all aspects. We welcome both the businessman and holiday travelers.
